Ingredients: Black dates, Rehmannia Glutinosa, Radix Codonopsis, Fu Ling (4A), Bai Shu, Gan Chao, Lingusticum Chuanxiong, White Paeony, Dang Gui

Method: (Serving for 3-4 persons)

1. Rinse all the ingredients well.  Add in 6 bowls of water and heat it up.
