LamboPlace Rewards program is our whole new loyalty system built to reward our members with more savings and benefits!

LamboPlace Rewards program rewards members based on wide range of transactions and earning activities. The points rewarded can be used with a discount or voucher redemption.

You’ll automatically become the member once you start spending at LamboPlace (both website & app). There are total 4 member tier (Member, Silver, Gold & Platinum) which you will automatically upgrade to the next tier once you accumulate the require points. You are able to enjoy the exclusive benefits on each tier.

Reward points are valid for 1 (one) year from date issuance. Points earned at the particular month will be automatically expire at the end of the same month the next year. For example:

1. Mico earned 50 points on 1st April 2020, the points will be expired on 31st April 2021.
2. Mico earned 100 points on 15th Sept 2020, the points will be expired on 30th Sept 2021.

Reward points can only be redeemed by the recipient and not transferable.

Reward points is not redeemable/exchangeable for cash.

No, members are not eligible to earn points when purchasing any promotional items.

Reward Points balance can be managed by a member at a time. Members can view the details of their points balance at the member’s Profile as well as Rewards Program main page.

You can check your points right after the transaction and activities made.

Points can be redeemed by customers during the checkout process. In the Payment Method section, a “Use Reward Points” checkbox will appear above the enabled payment methods. The available points and monetary exchange rate are included.
